On Sunday the 27th of October, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 22 offenders at external borders and within the country.
15 trespasser were detected at external borders, including:
1 citizen of Estonia, who is on the police wanted list, was detainedAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Estonia leaving Riga for Edinburg, who is on the police wanted list, was detected. The man, born in 1988, was detained and handed over to the State Police officers.
2 foreigners were refused entry into LatviaAt the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. While at the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Kazakhstan was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country and he was not in possession of sufficient means of subsistence to visit the Schengen states. The persons were returned to the exit countries.
Violations of resident conditions were detected to 1 foreignerAt the Pāternieki Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability.
1 citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the countryAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 minor citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of at least one parent's notarially certified agreement for his independent travelling outside Latvia, was detected. The person was refused exit from the country.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 4 citizens of Belarus, 1 - of Latvia, 1 - of Hungary and 1 - of Romani.
