On Monday the 10th of September, 2018 the State Border Guard's officials detected 37 offenders at external borders and within the country.
19 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:
• Violations of resident conditions were detected to 4 foreigners
At the Grebņeva, the Silene and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 2 citizens of Russia, 1 - of Belarus and 1 - of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.
• 3 citizens of Latvia were refused exit from the country
At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 2 citizens of Latvia (man and woman), who were not in possession of valid travel document, and 1 minor citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of notarially certified agreement of a parent for his independent travelling outside Latvia, were detected. The persons were refused exit from Latvia.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 9 persons - 4 citizens of Russia, 4 - of Estonia and 1 - of Lithuania.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 9 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Latvia, 2 - of Russia, 1 - of Estonia, 1 - of Rumania, 1 - of Poland, 1 - of Lithuania and 1 - of Norway.
