On Monday, December 13, The State Border Guard celebrated its 30th anniversary of restoration in Riga, during which a flower – laying ceremony by the Monument of Freedom, awarding of border guards as well as handing over of received cars and technical equipment to the Regional (territorial) Boards of the State Border Guard took place.
